Thank you for stopping by my website! My name is Kaitlyn Cosenza and I am a recent graduate from Texas Christian University who enjoys life day by day. Growing up in Newport Beach, California for my entire life, I took the opportunity to move somewhere else for college: Fort Worth, Texas.  I had only been to Texas once before and it already had stolen my heart. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies while doubling minoring in Spanish and Hispanic Studies and General Business. I hope to one day pursue my dream of being a bilingual traveler and working around the world in Spanish speaking countries.

The elements that make up the marketing and sales industries is a work environment that I strive to be a part of.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a vital component to excel in this role. During my past internships, I was able to ensure tasks were executed in a time efficient and effective manner by always producing exceptional work. At Texas Motor Speedway I exceeded my boss’ expectations by going beyond the call of duty and taking on roles outside of my comfort zone. Along with the TCU Athletics Marketing Department, I was responsible for organizing management programs and implementing new monthly marketing strategies to increase the @TCUAthletics social media platforms.

My diverse internship experience has given me a wide range of experience in organizational management, communication and client relations. These experiences and acquired skills have put me in the position to excel in the workforce. I believe that with my drive and eagerness to learn, I will excel in this industry.
